    At Crowe’s Footwear, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our exchange policy below.

    No Refunds

    Crowe’s Footwear does not offer refunds.
    Eligible returns may be processed as an exchange or store credit only.

    All Sale Items Are Final Sale

    All discounted or sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
    No exceptions.

    Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

    Regular‑priced footwear may be exchanged or returned for store credit only if all of the following conditions are met:

    • Unworn – No signs of wear, creasing, dirt, or damage.
    • Original Condition – Item must be returned exactly as received.
    • Tags Attached – All original tags must remain intact and attached.
    • Original Packaging – Shoe box and packaging must be included and undamaged.

    Timeframe

    • Exchange or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

    Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
    • For exchanges, customers also cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

    Non‑Eligible Items

    • Worn or used footwear
    • Items missing tags or original packaging
    • Damaged shoe boxes
    • Sale items (final sale)
    • Any item not meeting the return condition standards

    How to Start an Exchange

    1. Contact Crowe’s Footwear at info@crowesfootwear.ca with your order number.
    2. We will provide return instructions.
    3. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be processed.
